1. CONSENT TO RECORDING
I understand and voluntarily agree to be recorded during my participation in The Alchemical Path podcast. This includes audio, and where applicable, video recordings that may capture my name, likeness, voice, image, and biographical details.
I give permission for these recordings to be edited and produced for the purposes of public distribution, marketing, education, and promotion of the podcast and associated platforms.
2. EDITING & FINAL CONTENT
I understand that the final version of the podcast may be edited for clarity, length, or flow, and I consent to reasonable editorial decisions made by the host or production team. I may request that specific sections of the conversation be excluded prior to the episode’s publication.
I understand that while every effort will be made to preserve the integrity of my message, the host maintains full creative control over the final product.
3. OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
I acknowledge that all recordings from my participation become the sole property of Elizabeth Mann and The Alchemical Path. I waive any right to inspect, approve, or claim ownership over the final content.
I understand that this content may be used across all media formats now known or developed in the future, including but not limited to:
Podcast platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts), Websites and blogs, Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), Online courses, email newsletters, and marketing materials, Printed or promotional content
4. WAIVER OF COMPENSATION
I understand that I am participating in this podcast voluntarily and that no compensation, royalties, or monetary reimbursement will be provided now or in the future for the use of my interview or likeness.
5. ACCURACY & REPRESENTATION
I affirm that I have the right to speak about the topics I share during the interview. I will not intentionally present false, misleading, or defamatory information, and I agree to take responsibility for the accuracy of my statements.
I agree that my contributions reflect my personal experience, opinion, or knowledge and do not infringe on the rights or confidentiality of others.
6. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW (LIMITED)
I may request to withdraw from the podcast or have the episode unpublished prior to its public release. However, once the episode has been published and publicly distributed, I understand that full removal from all platforms may not be possible.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release and discharge Elizabeth Mann, The Alchemical Path, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the use of the recorded interview and related materials, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY & SENSITIVE CONTENT
If I plan to share information about clients, case material, or other sensitive content, I agree to de-identify or anonymize that information to uphold confidentiality and professional ethics. If I am unsure whether content is appropriate to share, I will clarify with the host before or during the interview.
9. LICENSE TO USE SUBMITTED MATERIALS
If I submit materials such as written bios, headshots, logos, or links, I grant permission for those materials to be used in association with the podcast episode and its promotion.
