About Me

I’m Elizabeth Mann, MSW, LICSW — a therapist, coach, Reiki Master, and lifelong seeker of the deeper truths that shape our human experience. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is both a science and an art — an alchemy of mind, body, and spirit.

Through my therapy practice, Winding Path Counseling, and my integrative wellness venture, Earth & Ember Wellness, I help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, transform limiting patterns, and cultivate a life that feels authentic, grounded, and whole.

Outside of my work, you’ll often find me hiking forest trails, collecting rocks that seem to hum with energy, or spending time with my dogs and cats. I have a deep reverence for the raw, beautiful imperfection of being human — and I bring that same presence and compassion into every session, conversation, and offering I create.
